XKW OXFORD CLUB.—Admiral Mark Kerr opened the Foxoomt® Hall Club at Oxford, which is to be the centre of international and overseas conferences. Both women and men may be members. It is hoped that theclub will become a centre of Dominion interests in Oxford where overseas visitors congregate. The clubhouse was formerly the residence of the Karl of Berkeley.
