MANUREWA NOT INVITED

When invitations from the Auckland Institute and Museum were received by the members of the Manurewa Town Board last evening to vie^ r the building from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Mr. F. Whyte expressed surprise that no invitations had been received by the board to the oiliciai opening. Mr. Whyte said the Returned Soldiers’ Association had been invited, and he understood that members of local bodies would also be iiivited. It was ultimately decided to accept the invitation to view the building.
