TO EMPLOY EX-SOLDIERS
STATE SERVICES SHOULD BE COMBED
MARRIED WOMAN WORKERS Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. It was suggested at a sitting of the Soldiers’ Rehabilitation Commission by the secretary of the Christchurch Returned Soldiers' Association that the public services should be combed, in order to provide openings for disabled men and that employers should consider the advisability of dispensing with the services of married women whose husbands were also working.
