Mr. Norman Beutwich, M.C., 0.8. K.. M.A., who was formerly in the Ministry of Justice, Cairo, is a barrister-at-law of Lincoln s Inn. He was called to the Bar in 1908. He was at one time co-editor of the “Jewish Review,” and is a writer and lecturer on Jewish and legal subjects. His works include: “The Law of Private Property in War,” “Philo-Judaeus,” "Josephus,” “Hellenism,” "The Declaration of London,” "Domicile and Succession,” and “The Practice of the Privy Council.”
