IRISH BARON’S DAUGHTER CELEBRATES TURKEY DINNER ENJOYED LONDON, Sunday. Two remarkable instances of longevity are fe ported today. The Hon. Katherine Plunket, daughter o£ the second Bardn Plunket, celebrated her !tl!)th birthday at Ballymuscaulati House. Dundalk. County Louth. At her request no demonstration was made by the villagers. Miss Plunket's health is remarkably -ood. Her birthday dinner consisted of turkey, ham and vegetables. She says she feels better in health than she has done for It) years as her rheumatism and bronchitis have disappeared. The second case is in Par s. Madame Petitjeau, a widow aged SI, was burned at Chalons-sur-Saotie. The 1 hiet mourner, who followed the collin to the grave, was deceased's mother, who is 10S years old. The second Baron Plunket. who became Bishop of Teeam In 1539, was born in 1792. and in October. ISIS, married Miss Louisa Jane Foster, who 'bed in 1593. His brother became the third baron, in lSKt>. and was sue"•eded in ISTI by his son. later Archbishop of Dublin, as fourth baron. Ilis son William Lee wtts fifth Lord Plunket, and from 1901 to t!>10 was dovernor-General of N'ew Zealand, lie died in 1920. His son is the present Peer.
