WELCOMED AT OPOTIKI From Our Own Correspondent OPOTIIvI, Today. The Governor-General and Lady Alice Fergusson arrived at Motu from Gisborne last evening. After staying the. night at Motu the Vice-Regal party motored over the famous Motu Road and enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery. Their laxcellencies arrived at Opotiki about noon and received an enthusiastic welcome from a large number of citizens. After addresses of welcome had boon given, tho Vice-Regal party was entertained at luncheon by local bodies. Later tho party continued its journey to Rotorua.
