SKELETON IN TUNNEL
STRANGE MYSTERY IN VICTORIA MESSAGE TO POLICE Reed. 10.45 a.m. MELBOURNE, Today. The Melbourne police discovered a human skeleton in bags in a tunnel in a disused coalmine at Corumburra. The find was made following a message received by the police from a man, stating that the remains of a woman’s body would be found, in the tunnel. Full directions were given, and the informant stated that the woman’s body had been taken there two years ago.
