Woman’s Privilege

At the end of last year's athletic season Miss Norma Wilson, Gisborne’s most efficient woman runner and ex-New Zealand Olympic representative, notified her intention to retire from the track. She has apparently changed her mind

—as every woman has a right to do —and is once more in training. It is understood that she intends to compete at some of the big meetings this season, and she has already stepped on to the track at some of the minor meetings of the East Coast, and has registered excellent times, too.
