DOMINION CORRESPONDENCE QUESTION LONDON, Wednesday. The Pi’ime Minister, Mr. Kamsay MacDonald, stated in the House of Commons that lie had not consulted the Dominions about the publication of the correspondence concerning a resumption of diplomatic relations with the Soviet. Mr. W. Smithers (Conservative): Did you not raise our hopes on July 11 by stating that the question of publishing the correspondence would be considered?
