Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. An optimistic note is sounded in a bulletin issued yesterday concerning the health of the Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward. It was announced that Sir Joseph was now making excellent progress toward recovery, and that he expected to be up and about again within a few days. It was stated to be Sir Joseph’s intention to return to his residence at Heretaunga as soon as possible.
