LANGUAGE AT A DANCE
MAN GETS MONTH’S GAOL Press Association DUNEDIN, Today. In the Dunedin Police Court today, Melville West was charged with using obscene language at a dance and with a breach of his probation. He was sentenced to one month’s imprisonment on each charge. The police gave evidence that j accused used filthy language to women j in the hall. He was not intoxicated, j but appeared to be of the larrikin type, j He was admitted to probation last year j for being idle and disorderly. {
