GOVERNOR-GENERAL AT GISBORNE Press Association GISBORNE, Today. Beautiful weather prevails, for the farewell visit of the Governor-Gen-eral. A public we'come is being given this afternoon with a large representation of military organisations, veterans, returned soldiers. Scouts. Guides and several hundred school children. The Lady Alice Fergusson wifi address a gathering of women in the Opera House later in the afternoon, and this evening the official reception ■and farewell will be held in the Garrison Hall.
