WHARF WORKER INJURED
STRUCK BY FALLING SHOOKS Concussion and other head injuries were suffered by Mr. Joseph St. Clare D’Almeida, a waterside worker, of Main Road, St. Heliers, as the result of being struck by a bundle of shooks which slipped from a sling on the Xorthern Company’s scow Ponon early yesterday afternoon. He was removed to the hospital by the St. John Ambulance. ______
