MINISTER WARNS GROWERS Press Association WELLING TON, Mon fla y. The* Minister of Agriculture, the Hon. G. W. Forbes, in an interview today referred to the cabled message r* i rived from London yc sterday, which saitl that ;t shipment of New 'Zealand tobacco had been tested in England-, and a warning given that if the small shipment were successful it did not follow that market could absorb larger quantities. The Minister said that that very definite warning must be regarded as worthy • the fullest consideration. It evident that it was ne< essary 1 o observe caution, and that the whole of the conditions must be fully understood before the establishment of a payable export trade in to I i cco leaf could be assured.
