DUSSELDORF SLAYER

PEOPLE TERRORISED BY NEW THREAT POSTCARD SENT TO PAPER BERLIN, Saturday. The citizens of Dusseldorf have again been thrown into a state of terror by the receipt of a postcard at the office of the “Miltag," reading:—“l must drink the blood of my next victim on Saturday evening at seven o’clock." The handwriting is the same as in two previous messages. No further victim had been reported up to midnight. Alarm was felt at the disappearance of a boy. However, he was found wandering in a suburb.
