Auckland. “Ratepaver” as defined in the “Elec-tric-Power Boards Act, 3 325,” means a person whose name appears for the time being in the occupier's column in the valuation roll. Where the rateable property is in the name of the husband, THE WIFE IS NOT ENTITLED TO VOTE, and vice versa.
