Galloway, president of the ■Wellington hr. i<-h. rendered valuable service throughout the conference, special thanks being tendered him for his assistance. The council officers elected for the ensuing year were:—President. Mr. F W. Carpenter; vice-president, Mr. \Y. !. Galloway; treasurer. Mr. T. E. King, hon. secretary and adviser to council, Mr. XV. J. Galloway; secretary. Mr. W. fcScmmerville. The next meeting of the council will he held at Wellington during November, 1930.
