NEW POSTMASTER
MR. H. P. DONALD FOR AUCKLAND PROMOTED FROM CHRISTCHURCH Mr. H. P. Donald, chief postmaster at Christchurch, has been appointed postmaster at Auckland, in place Mr. W. J. Cow. who has been appointed secretary to the Post and telegraph Department. Mr. Donald was formerly stationed at Timaru and Blenheim.
