RUSSIA LEADS WORLD 1 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ' LONDON, Wednesday. j 1 The Moscow correspondent of the British United Press states that what j j is claimed to be the world’s largest j Budget has been passed by the Council of the People’s Commissars. It 1 amounts to £1,139,000,000, an increase of £339.000,000 on last year. The Budgtd. includes £374,500,000 for developing State industries from which a revenue of £82,000,000 is expected, or three times that of last year. It. is estimated that direct and indirect taxation will yield £500.000.000.
