He was absolutely certain that engineers will eventually bring chilled meat from Australia and Xew~Zealand satisfactorily, if the meat was of the same Quality as the South American, and in sufficient quantity. Ships should load at the nearest port to Britain, come direct and discharge at the first suitable port.
