ROCKET-LINE FIRED TO STRANDED SHIP SAVED FROM FIERCE SEA i Recti. 11 a.m. LONDON’, Tuesday, i A thrilling rescue by means of a lifeline was accomplished early this I morning by the Newhaven coastguards. The Italian 3,570-tou steamer Nimbo I ran aground in a heavy gale between Brighton and Nexvhaven, and was j seriously holed. Tremendous seas prevented the lifeboat from approaching. I The coastguards fired a rocket-line , and found the mark the first time. ! Twenty-one of the crew were ' brought ashore by breeches buoys, i The captain and eight of the crew are remaining aboard.
