SIR JAMES PARR SAYING FAREWELL TO ATTEND N.Z. LUNCHEON Reed. 2.10 p.m. LONDON, Tues. t Sir James Parr, speaking to the New Zealand Association, announced the ' Hon. T. M. Wilford’s appointment as : High Commissioner. Sir James said he was returning to New Zealand in the first week in January. The I association is giving a luncheon to | Sir James on November 16.
