DAMAGES FOR MOTOR-CYCLIST
AWARD AGAINST CAR-DRIVER Damages amounting to £l3l were awarded by a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon to a motorcyclist, Robert Elliott Carfield Morton, against a motorist. Xelson Mitchell, as a result of a collision near Roslv* Avenue on the evening of March 2. The claim was for £ 230. The defence was granted 14 days in which to consider applying for a new trial.-
