PARADE AT FUNERAL 1 The funeral of Mr. Maurice Shelton. ; the young member of the Auckland division of the St. John Ambulance ; Brigade, who was drowned off Motu- | ihi Island on Sunday afternoon, was i held yesterday afternoon. ! All units of the brigade were rep re- , I sented in a special parade of mem- • bers of the division. About 60 mem- ' bers were present, in charge of Mr. : C. J. Tunks, the Auckland commis- i sioner. The funeral left from the home of ' Mr. Shelton’s parents, 392 New North : Road. Kingsland, fo.r Hillsborough, i The coffin wat draped with the St. John Ambulance flag, and there were many beautiful wreaths.
