SCOTTISH CONCERT
APPEARANCE OF NEW PIPE BAND The recently-formed Auckland and district Highland Pipe Band will make its first public appearance at a grand Scottish concert in the Town Hall concert chamber next Wednesday evening. The following well-known artists will contribute items:—Miss D. Miss Moya Cooper-Smith, Miss Jean Cowper, Mr. C. Hunter, Air. D. Wrathall, Air. A. AlcElwain, Air. Gordon Johnson; also, Highland dancers in a torchlight reel, the first time this has ever been staged in New Zealand.
