LAWBEATH STILL HELD UP
WATERSIDERS REFUSE TO WORK From Our Otdn Corespondent DUNEDIN, Today. No settlement has been reached in the dispute between the master of the steamer Lawbeath and the waterside workers at Port Chalmers, which concerned the employment of seamen under New Zealand articles. The ship is still lying at the wharf with her cargo of phosphates in her hold as she has been since October 24.
