ADDRESS BY CANADIAN Officers of the Epsom Lodge No. 88, Independent Order of Oddfellows, were installed at a ceremony at Onehunga on Tuesday evening. Interest was added by an address by Bro. Powley, deputy-grand sire of the Sovereign Grand Lodge, Canada. He spoke on the history and the purposes of Odd- . fellowship. Officers from kindred lodges attended in full regalia. Bro. M. J. Hooper, P.G.M., D.D.G.M., was the installing officer. He delivered solemn obligation to Bro. W. Sutton, the incoming noble grand, Bro. A. Blomley, D.D. G.W., the vice-grand, Bro. G. Arnott, D.W.G., the recording secretary, Bro. J. Pye, the secretary, and Bro. A. McLean, tlie treasurer.
Sister Newbold, D.G.M., spoke of the Rebecca Lodge 'and Sister Tailby, P.D.D.G., spoke on Oddfellowship.
