COMMITTEE OF EXPERTS IN BRITAIN SNOWDEN’S ANNOUNCEMENT LONDON, Monday. In the House of Commons today the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Philip Snowden, announced the appointment of a committee to inquire into banking, finance, and credit, haying regard to the internal and international factors which govern their operation. The committee is to make recommendations calculated to enable these agents to promote the aeve.opment of trade and commerce. The members of the committee are. Mr H P. MacMillan, K.C., formerly Loi d * Advocate of Scotland (chair man)' Sir Thomas Allen, Mi.
