PORTFOLIOS REFUSED
FRENCH RADICALS AND NEW CABINET LIKE POINCARE’S TEAM PARIS, Sunday. The Radicals’ policy of ostracising Moderates of any kind brought about the refusal of the former to colaborate in M. Nevertheless the issue of the Government’s programme is eagerly awaited so that the public may judge as to the likelihood of the Cabinet surviving.
