STRUCK BY STONE
WAS LOOKING FOR INTRUDER Front Our Own Correspondent CHRISTCHURCH, Today. When Mr. R. R. Munro, a grocer, living in Victoria Stret, heard someone trying to break into his garage on Saturday evening, he went to the back door to investigate. As he stood in the lighted doorway he received a blow on the forehead, and felll to the ground unconscious. He was alone in the house at the time. When he recovered, he found two large stones lying in the yard, one ; r>f which he thinks was the missile ! which struck him.
