ZOUBKOFF IN GERMANY
PROMPTLY SERVED WITH DIVORCE PAPERS BERLIN, Saturday. Alexander Zoubkoff, Russian husband of tlie ex-Kaiser’s sister, Princess Victoria, was discovered at Euskirchen. He had entered Germany without a permit. Zoubkoff was promptly served with divorce papers on behalf of the Princess. Her grounds for the petition are that her husband has deserted her and failed to support her; also that he has been engaged in an intrigue witlv a barmaid. The hearing of the petition Las been fixed for November 22. SAYS HE IS STAGGERED Reed. 11 a.m. BERLIN, Today. Zoubkoff professes to be staggered by the mention of a divorce and declares that he entered Germany to see his wife, “whose relatives are trying to estrange us.’’ He has been ordered to quit Ger- ' many with 48 hours. It is reported that the Princess has offered him £SOO in compensation for the return of her letters, but Zoubkoff is demanding I more.
