ART UNION RESULTS
OFFICIAL DRAWING TAKES PLACE BIG CROWD ATTENDS The official drawing of the Auckland Aero Club’s Art Union was held an the Chamber of Commerce Hall this afternoon. The hall was packed by optimistic citizens, who followed proceedings with the keenest interest, strengthened by the possibility of being among the lucky winners. The drawing took place under police supervision and the operation was conducted smartly and efficiently by the officers responsible. Seven volunteers from the audience performed the actual drawing of the fateful marbles, which were numbered 1 to 105, representing the actual number of prizes to be won. Following are results:— Second prize (£500) F 61.576, was won by Miss Eva McLauglilan. P.O. Gisborne. Prizes of £25:—Tickets. C 31.634, F 55,067.
