MAORI INTOXICATED IN CAR
TWO YEARS’ PROBATION From Our u-wn Correspondent NEW PLYMOUTH, Today. Charged with being intoxicated while driving a motor-car on the Alain North Road, a young Alaori, J. Patu, pleaded guilty* in the Waitara Alagistrate’s Court yesterday. Air. R. W. Tate, S.AI., admitted him to probation for two years, cancelled his driving licence for two years and ordered him to take out a prohibition order each year during his term of probation. Tie also ordered him to pay costs. £°» 2s.
