BLENHEIM AIRDROME

COMMANDER GRANT DALTON’S INSPECTION TWO MORE FLYERS PASS Press Association BLENHEIM, Today. The Director of Air Services, WingCommander S. Grant Dalton, yesterday inspected the Marlborough Aero Club’s plant and both airdromes. Advantage was taken of his visit to put two further trainees up for their A tickets. These were Mr. R. N. Linton, of Seddon, and Mr. A. E. Clouston, of W estport. Both were successful. Commander Grant Dalton flew back to Wellington in a service Moth sent up from the Wigram Airdrome for the purpose and which was piloted by . Captain Buckley. After disembarking the director at Rongotai Captain Buckley returned to Blenheim. He leaves for Christchurch when the weather breaks.
