PROMPT ACTION BY N.S.W ASSEMBLY BILL’S BRISK PASSAGE Rec-d. 9.50 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. In less than 15 minutes, the Legislative Assembly passed the Bill to suspend the powers of the Industrial Commission to .declare a living wage for adult male and female employees until Parliament makes further provision on that behalf. The Bill was taken through all its stages without opposition.
