SINO-JAPANESE FEELING AVERTED COURTESY AND GOOD *SENSE Reed. 9.43 a.m. TOKYO, Wednesday. At the Pacific Relations Congress, New Zealand supported the recent trade agreement with Japan. A strong difference of opinion between the Japanese and Chinese exists, but ill-feeling has been averted through the courtesy and good sense of both delegations, and the general atmosphere of the conference.
