DIOCESAN MAGAZINE
BISHOP GUARANTEES COST From Our Oivn Correspondent HAMILTON, Wednesday. As Bishop Clierrington has guaranteed the cost for the next 12 months, the Waikato Diocesan Magazine, the last issue of which appeared last March, has resumed publication. Synod decided that the magazine ceaso publication owing to the unsatisfactory state of the diocesan finances, hut the Bishop is convinced that the diocese must have an official organ, tho cost of which he will personally guarantee for a year. His Lordship took this step at the request of the entire Ruridecanal Board and of many of the clergy, and with the support of many others. The magazine is somewhat smaller than hitherto, and will be enlarged only when necessary.
Mr. F. Harris, of Huntly, has been appointed editor.
