PERSECUTION REPORTS DENIED HIGGINS WANTS PROPERTY Reed. 10.20 a.m. LONDON, Tues. General K. J. Higgins, replying to allegations regarding the internal administration of the Salvation A:*mv, denies the existence of a persecution vendetta, and declares that the present regime maintains the constitutional administration. General Higgins, with the consent of the Solicitor-General, Sir J. B. Melville, will apply for a writ transferring from the Booths’ executors to himself, for administrative purposes on behalf of the Army, its trust property in Britain, worth £1,000.000.
