THREE TRAINS COLLIDE

DRIVER AND FIREMAN BADLY INJURED NEW SOUTH WALES SMASH Reed. 10.55 a.m. SYDNEY, Tod&y. Three goods trains were involved iu a collision near Colecliffe, on the South Coast line. The driver and fireman of a train which was travelling on the t p line, were seriously injured when the engine overturned after crashing into trucks which were lying across the line. It appears that two trains collided on the down line, and the derailed trucks blocked the up line. No one was injured, but a few minutes later the up train crashed into the obstruction. Driver Laws and Fireman Foster were released from the box of the engine with difficulty.
