MOVEMENT IN MOUNT ROSKILL As the result of representations made to the Mount Roskill Road Board last evening by the West Ratepa> ers Association, it was decided, on the motion of Messrs. S. Scarborough ana K. \v . banft, to devide the district into wards. Discussing the proposal.
