TIVOLI

“WOMEN THEY TALK ABOUT” Women everywhere are showing their approval of ‘Women They Talk About,” the clever political romance which is now at the Tivoli Theatre. Warner Bros.’ feature Irene Rich and Audrey Ferris, as well as William Collier, jun., Anders Randolf and Claude Gillingwater. The story was directed by Lloyd Bacon. It portrays the exciting race of a self-made man and an aristocratic woman, with the mayoralty as goal. Son and daughter of the rival candidates add to the complication and to the heart interest. The remainder of the programme includes the following talking and singing features:—Songs by Daphne Pollard, English comedienne, “The Light Cavalry Overture,” by the Vitaphone Orchestra, and items by the Florentine Choir.
