J. B. Donald, speaking by land-line from Wellington. His remarks will be broadcast by station IYA and will be heard all over the Town Hall by a loud-speaking system. The Mayor of Auckland, Mr. George Baildon, and the chairman of the Auckland Electric-Power Board, Mr. W. J. Holdsworth, will speak from the exhibition. A display has been arranged by the Amateur Radio Transmitters’ Association, and two radio journals will also have stalls. The stage at the Town Hall will be fitted up as a model studio, from which artists well known to listeners will broadcast. The exhibition will be open until the end of the week.
