WRIT AGAINST UNION
LYTTELTON WATERSIDERS’ SUED VICTIMISATION ALLEGED Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. A writ has been issued in the Supreme Court against the Lyttelton Watersiders’ Union by a firm of solicitors on behalf of Edward Gilliard, a waterside worker, claiming £SO damages for loss of work and an order that the defendants admit plaintiff as a member of the union. Gilliard alleges victimisation.
