RAILWAY BRIDGE REPAIRED
TRAINS USING IT AGAIN temporary repairs have been effected to the bridge over the lianawatu River at Longburn, -which caught fire on Wednesday evening. The damaged girders and sleepers were repaired early yesterday morning, and the only Auckland train affected was the North-bound Limite# express, which arrived at 12.33 p.m. yesterday, about three hours late. This morning the Limited was only a few minutes late.
