MEETING IN WELLINGTON Press Association WELLINGTON. Today. The annual meeting of the Real Estate Institute was held yesterday. The president mentioned that the institute was now recognised by authorities in that before licences were granted, the names of applicants were submitted to the executive far report. The examination was fairly difficult, and it was hoped the institute would induce the Government to make the pass compulsory before a licence was granted.
