. From Our Own Correspondent CAMBRIDGE, Today. Charles Mozart Spinley, alias A. Davies, appeared this morning before justices of the peace and was committed to the Supreme Court at Auckland for sentence on a charge of issuing a valueless cheque for £lO to Eleanor Albister, fruiterer, Cambridge. Last Thursday accused issued the cheque, booking a ticket with a motor service running between Cambridge and Napier. He received £7 in change. Being observed subsequently to enter another car, suspicions were aroused and the police were informed and accused was arrested at Taupo.
