CRAIGDEAN FARM CASE

DISPUTE SETTLED OUT OF COURT PARTIES STILL GOOD FRIENDS Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. When the Craigdean Farm case was resumed in the Supreme Court today it was announced that the parties had arrived at a settlement. Counsel said there was no intention to disclose in open Court the terms of the settlement. but he would state that the plaintiffs unreservedly withdrew any allegation that might have been made against the defendants. The Chief Justice congratulated the parties on having reached a settlement. A very pleasing feature had been the entire absence of invective on either side. Counsel said the parties had always been and still were friends.
