OUTER SUBURBAN TENNIS

THIS SEASON’S COMPETITIONS At a meeting of delegates to the Outer Suburban Tennis Association at Papatoetoe, last evening, Mr. E. Hickson presiding, it -was decided to divide this season’s competition into A and B. grades. It was further decided that A grade teams consist of six men and four women, and the B grade, six men and six women. A sub-committee to decide the regrading of teams and to assist the association’s secretary with the draw was formed. It consists of the following: Messrs. A. Kay (Mangere East). .T. Pauli (Mangere Central). H. Smith (Papakura), and J. B. (Papatoetoe). Jt was decided to start the competitions on November 2, to be played fortnightly.
