STRUCK BY MOTOR-CYCLE ! As the result of being knocked down ; by a motor-cycle at the intersection i of Park Hoad and Park Avenue early last evening, Miss Cecil Frances Hull, of Park Road, Grafton, received a fracture of her left ankle. The cyclist, Mr. Frank Faro, of Trafalgar Street, Onehunga, was thrown from his machine and suffered minor abrasions, which were treated at the casualty ward of the Auckland Hospital. Miss Hull, who is Latin mistress at : the Auckland Girls’ Grammar School. | was removed to the Mater Misericordiae Hospital. Her condition is ’ believed to be satisfactory.
