Australian and N.Z. Press Association Reed. 10 a.m. PARIS, Monday. Jean Borotra, the French tennis player, is definitely going to Australia shortly for business purposes. As his form is better than it has been for some time, he will also play matches. The German sprinter, Eldracher, who is now in Japan, may also visit Australia.
